Warner Swasey Servo Drive Module
In order to ensure quality & longevity of the Servo Drive Module the following Rebuild Procedure has been established.
Servo Drive Six Phase Rebuild Program
PHASE 1: Inspection & Evaluation
Servo drives are shipped to the J&D Enterprises Repair Facility and tagged per customer information. Items are inspected for missing components and physical damage. Servo Drives are determined to be repairable or not during inspection. Those drives to be repaired proceed to Phase 2. The customer is notified of units deemed "Unrepairable".
PHASE 2: Disassembly & Cleaning
Servo Drive units are disassembled and thoroughly cleaned, making certain that all foreign debris is removed from the unit. Conformal coating is removed from circuit board surfaces.
PHASE 3: Component Replacement
High failure components are replaced, which helps assure reliable long term Servo Drive operation.
PHASE 4: Testing & Troubleshooting
Servo Drive units are reassembled for testing on the "Servo Drive Simulator", which tests all functions of the Servo Drive unit. Troubleshooting & any repairs are made at this time.
PHASE 5: Burn In / Run In
Servo Drive units are "Run In" on the Servo Drive Simulator for approximately two hours to assure that a quality rebuild has been made.
PHASE 6: Final Assembly & Testing
Servo Drive units are disassembled, new conformal coatings applied, and reassembled. Units are "Final Tested" on the Servo Drive Simulator prior to shipment.
